Donna Bassette joined our firm in 2009 as both President and CEO with a talent for leading through change and uncertainty. Donna is an IT veteran who is experienced in managing global and regional projects ranging from quarter of a million to multi-million dollar budgets with teams ranging upward of 40 people. Over a decade of project/program management experience including bank mergers, global telecom, disaster and business recovery planning, web farm insourcing, infrastructure and application development, and other high profile projects. She holds both a Bachelor of Business in Information Systems (Western Illinois University) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Kennya F. Durr was the original Founder and is currently the lead consultant and Chairman of the board for Higher Technologies Inc. Kennya is continuously seeking to put more than 15 years of network systems engineering, consulting, and technical management to work for you! Our team of colleagues using the very latest in cutting-edge technology are ready to serve you.
